How it works: You reserve your 1/8 Beef Share today with a $292.40 deposit. Estimated weight is 43 lbs of beef. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. We will have our expert butcher process your beef. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($438.60). Then we will ship it directly from our ranch to your door in 1 big box. Your beef will arrive fully frozen!

Deposit: Your 1/8 Beef Share deposit is just $292.40. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final payment will be $438.60 after your deposit is subtracted. 

Packaging: All cuts are individually sealed and labeled.

Freezer Space: An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.75 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer is needed.
